The way to gain weight


    - Eat regularly (3X large meals and snacks) every day. 
     - Increase the amount of food than normal portions. 


    - Eating foods high in calories. 

    - Add healthy unsaturated fats such as olive oil, nuts, seeds, peanut butter, and avocado. 

    - Eat a diet with high calorie and protein such as eggs, fish, meat, vegetables, dairy, protein supplements, fruits, bananas, etc. 

    - Beverage can help you gain weight too. Like, drink shakes, soda milk, juice, etc. 

    - Increase your intake of protein to build new muscle. 

    - Follow the training that helps convert calories into muscle.
