How to eliminate bad breath


Way that is often done to eliminate the bad breath is to chew gum mint flavor, but this is not justified because it will make the mouth dry and trigger bad breath.



Here are some tips to eliminate bad breath, including:
1. Spices
Such as anise, cinnamon, cloves or mint leaves.
2. Baking soda
By the way sprinkle on your toothbrush, add a little water, then rub the teeth and then end by rinsing the mouth.
3. Brine
by rinsing the mouth.
4. Lemon juice
By way of rinsing the mouth.
5. Essential oils
Among tea tree oil, that is by adding 2-3 drops to toothpaste before you brush your teeth.
