Keep the immune system

 Here are tips that we can do:

 - Food is quite nutritious.
Provide a good supply of nutrients for our bodies is four of five perfectly healthy food.
- Enough Sleep.
So that our sleep is recommended for optimal sleep for at least 8 hours. With adequate rest, then our bodies will always fit, and endurance will remain vibrant.
- Routine exercise.
With the exercise of physical ability will be better, endurance will automatically be good also. Each time you exercise, try to sweat, but do not be forced too hard, do it according to our abilities.
- Vitamin Supplement.
Eat a vitamin every day, but it would be nice if the consumption of vitamin follow your doctor's instructions.
- Avoid smoking and alcohol.
Whatever the reason, alcohol and cigarettes have been scientifically and medically proven to harm human health.
